a) Any one who is just in need of browsing tool.

2) Is it a free ware?

a)  Yes, its a freeware and can also be used like IE.

3) Have you used this tool?

a) Yes. I have been using this tool since 2 years and am satisfied customer of it. Love to use this apart from Firefox and IE.

4) How to use this tool?

a) Just download the installer and install it in your PC or mobile. Once you have internet connected then start using this tool for browsing the content that you want. Using Opera just like using IE or Firefox
