a) Yes, its a freeware and can also be used for commercial purpose also.
3) Have you used this tool?
a) Yes. I have been using this tool since1 year and am very satisfied customer of it. Love to use this instead of other paid website design tools like Adobe Dreamweaver.
4) How to use this tool?
a) Just download the installer and install it like as usual.Then open the software and you see lot of pre designed web templates. Just start with any one of them and you also get a lot of info on help option that is available in the menu options. It's quite easy to understand where to start and progress.
