1) Who can use this tool?
a) Any one who is having windows xp/vista/7 can use this tool. The latest version is much better and got more stability. So, from students, general windows users and all can use this for making their personal stuff.

2) What about license?
a) This comes as a free software with OS. So need to pay any thing extra.

3) What about features?
a) You can make a cool video clip with the pictures that you shot/captured. Merge all captured video clips into single movie clip.Can publish desired kind of output that is required.

4) How long have been you r using this?
a) More than 5+ years and I use it mostly to generate video clips with the photos that I shoot at functions / tour trips.
